1. क्लिनिकों में पारदर्शिता के नए मानक
केंद्र सरकार निजी क्लिनिकों और डॉक्टरों की सेवाओं में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए नए नियमों पर काम कर रही है। प्रस्ताव के अनुसार डॉक्टरों की योग्यता, फीस, रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर और सेवा समय को सार्वजनिक रूप से प्रदर्शित करना अनिवार्य होगा। साथ ही क्लिनिकों के लिए बुनियादी सुविधाएं जैसे परामर्श कक्ष, वेंटिलेशन, साफ पानी और इमरजेंसी दवाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इसका उद्देश्य मरीजों को पहले से लागत और गुणवत्ता की जानकारी देना है। यह कदम स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में जवाबदेही और उपभोक्ता अधिकारों को मजबूत करता है। हालांकि, छोटे क्लिनिकों पर अनुपालन का दबाव बढ़ सकता है। संतुलित दृष्टिकोण यह है कि नियमों के साथ सहायता तंत्र भी विकसित किया जाए।
