Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. No Auto-Renewal

Every payment on PrernaForIAS.com is a one-time payment. We do not set up recurring charges, auto-debit mandates, or automatic renewals. When a Premium Annual plan reaches the end of its term, your account moves to the Free plan. You will need to renew to restore access to premium features.

3. Cancellation

Because there are no recurring charges, there is nothing to cancel: your Premium access continues until the end of the period you paid for, after which it lapses on its own. If you wish to stop using the platform earlier, you may simply stop — no cancellation request is needed and no further amount will ever be charged.

4. Refunds

Premium subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content and are generally non-refundable once activated. We will refund you in full if you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or if your payment was charged but Premium access was not activated on your account and we were unable to activate it. Refunds are not available for a change of mind after content has been accessed, or for partial unused periods of an active plan.

To request a refund, write to us at the email address mentioned on our contact page with the reason for the request and your payment details (order reference or invoice number). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a credit note is emailed to you for your records.
