1. ई-रिक्शा किराया वृद्धि और महंगाई
दिल्ली में ई-रिक्शा चालकों के संगठन ने बढ़ती महंगाई को देखते हुए न्यूनतम किराया 20 रुपये करने का निर्णय लिया है। 2010 से किराया स्थिर रहने के कारण लागत और आय में असंतुलन पैदा हो गया था। यह निर्णय तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में हुई बैठक के बाद लिया गया, जिसमें चालक, डीलर और निर्माता शामिल थे । इसका तर्क है कि बैटरी, रखरखाव और जीवन-यापन की लागत बढ़ चुकी है। हालांकि, इससे यात्रियों पर आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ेगा और सार्वजनिक परिवहन की वहनीयता प्रभावित हो सकती है। संतुलित दृष्टिकोण यह है कि सरकार को किराया वृद्धि के साथ-साथ सब्सिडी या नियमन भी सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए। समग्र रूप से यह मुद्दा शहरी परिवहन में लागत बनाम सुलभता के संतुलन को दर्शाता है।
