Context
The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) Annual Report 2025 has highlighted the scale of corruption complaints and delays in anti-corruption cases. During 2025, 70,584 complaints were received by Chief Vigilance Officers in government departments and organisations. Of these, 64,905 were disposed of, while 5,679 remained pending at the end of the year.
