Board of Peace
The recently constituted “Board of Peace,” led by Donald Trump, represents a US-led multilateral initiative aimed at managing the post-conflict situation in Gaza. India participated in its first meeting as an observer, reflecting cautious engagement without formal commitment. The body was conceptualised in September 2025 as part of a broader Gaza peace roadmap and formally established during the World Economic Forum. It has also received recognition through United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 (2025).
