1. अल-फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी पर ED की कार्रवाई और ₹415 करोड़ की कमाई का आरोप
फरीदाबाद की अल-फलाह यूनिवर्सिटी के संस्थापक जवाद अहमद सिद्दीकी पर ED ने अदालत में गंभीर आरोप लगाए कि वर्ष 2018 से 2025 के बीच विश्वविद्यालय ने लगभग ₹415 करोड़ की संदिग्ध कमाई की। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, विद्यार्थियों की संख्या और कोर्स संचालन के बीच भारी mismatch पाया गया तथा कई ऐसे छात्र दिखाए गए जो अस्तित्व में ही नहीं थे। दिल्ली ब्लास्ट केस के आरोपी इरफान का इस यूनिवर्सिटी से पढ़ना भी संदेह को गहरा करता है। ED का दावा है कि जवाद सिद्दीकी ने यूनिवर्सिटी के माध्यम से अवैध धन को वैध बनाने (money laundering) और निजी संपत्ति खड़ी करने में दुरुपयोग किया। अदालत में एजेंसी ने कहा कि संस्थापक के बैंक खातों, संपत्तियों और लेनदेन की विस्तृत जांच से कई विसंगतियाँ सामने आई हैं। यह मामला उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों में पारदर्शिता, नियमन और वित्तीय उत्तरदायित्व पर बड़े सवाल खड़ा करता है।
