दिल्ली सरकार ने निर्माण एवं ध्वस्तीकरण स्थलों से फैलने वाली धूल पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण के लिए AI आधारित ‘डस्ट पोर्टल 2.0’ लॉन्च किया है। यह पोर्टल रियल-टाइम निगरानी, स्व-मूल्यांकन और निर्माण स्थलों पर धूल नियंत्रण उपायों का डिजिटल विश्लेषण करेगा। कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता के माध्यम से नियमों के पालन की सतत निगरानी संभव होगी, जिससे प्रदूषण नियंत्रण एजेंसियों की कार्यक्षमता बढ़ेगी। इसका तर्क यह है कि दिल्ली में वायु प्रदूषण का एक बड़ा स्रोत निर्माण गतिविधियों से उत्पन्न धूल है, जिसे तकनीकी निगरानी से नियंत्रित किया जा सकता है। संपादकीय दृष्टिकोण यह है कि पर्यावरणीय शासन में डिजिटल तकनीक का उपयोग पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही बढ़ाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। सार यह है कि तकनीक आधारित पर्यावरण प्रबंधन भविष्य के स्वच्छ और टिकाऊ शहरी विकास का आधार बन सकता है।
