1. Padma Vibhushan

The Padma Vibhushan is India’s second-highest civilian award, ranking below the Bharat Ratna and above the Padma Bhushan. Instituted in 1954, it is conferred by the President of India for exceptional and distinguished service of the highest order in any field, including art, literature, science, public affairs, medicine, social work, and civil service. 2. Shri Dharmendra Singh Deol (Posthumous) – Art
