The International Big Cat Alliance (IBCA) is a major India-led global initiative focused on the conservation of the world’s seven major big cat species — tiger, lion, leopard, snow leopard, cheetah, jaguar, and puma. Recently, Saudi Arabia officially confirmed its participation as the 26th member of the alliance ahead of the first IBCA Summit scheduled in New Delhi in June 2026.
