India’s First Ring Metro in Delhi
India’s first Ring Metro network has recently been inaugurated in Delhi, marking a significant milestone in the country’s urban transport development. The project is part of Delhi Metro Phase IV, in which the Pink Line has been completed to form a circular (ring) corridor around the city. With a total length of about 71.56 km, the Pink Line now functions as India’s first fully operational ring metro system, improving connectivity between outer areas of Delhi.
