The Raajmarg Infrastructure Investment Trust (RIIT) is a highway-focused InvIT sponsored by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), recently listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) as part of India’s asset monetisation strategy. Registered under SEBI InvIT Regulations, 2014 (Dec 2025), it aims to unlock value from operational highway assets while providing stable returns to investors.
