Hanta Virus
Hantavirus Infection is a serious zoonotic disease caused by viruses belonging to the Hantaviridae family. The virus mainly spreads from infected rodents such as rats and mice to humans. In May 2026, concerns increased after an outbreak was reported aboard the luxury expedition cruise ship MV Hondius in the Atlantic Ocean.
