Based on the principles of Tridosha (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and holistic well-being, Ayurveda emphasizes prevention, balanced lifestyle, natural medicines, and personalized treatment. In recent years, growing global interest in preventive healthcare, wellness, and herbal medicine has increased the demand for Ayurveda. India has also strengthened international cooperation through the WHO Global Centre for Traditional Medicine in Jamnagar and the Ministry of AYUSH.
