The project is implemented through collaboration between the RBI, Puducherry government, PFMS, and Canara Bank. It enhances transparency, reduces leakages, and strengthens accountability in the Public Distribution System (PDS). Features like offline payments (via NFC/Bluetooth) further improve accessibility.
